If you are not completely happy with your new hair accessory, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by email to email@example.com and return your hair accessory to us within 28 days of purchase. Your hair accessory must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will offer full refund or an exchange.
Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
We will replace items if they are defective/faulty, within a reasonable timeframe. We're really reasonable and we want you to be happy with our hair accessories, so please get in contact.
