Returns Policy
If you are not completely happy with your new hair accessory, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by email to info@inkyandmole.co.uk and return your hair accessory to us within 28 days of purchase. Your hair accessory must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will offer full refund or an exchange. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty.
